Dear Parents,
At Our Mother of Mercy we provide a safe, loving, disciplined, high academic standards, and values added educational environment which nurtures and educates the whole child—Mind, Body & Soul. We believe in the potential of children and empowering them to discover their abilities and talents, we will teach them how to reach the goal of higher education and beyond. We invite children of all faiths to apply for admission to Our Mother of Mercy.
We believe at Our Mother of Mercy that these characteristics account for our unprecedented success.
- Discipline & Values—we emphasize values and enforce discipline.
- Site-Based Management—Decisions are made at the lowest level possible. Cumbersome, stifling bureaucracy simply does not exist.
- Safety—our small size and neighborhood orientation create a safe, stable environment for students.
Our Educating the Mind and Soul of your child involves a team approach of parents, students and teachers working as one.
- Parent Involvement—you are the primary teacher of your children and we provide you with vibrant mechanisms for your involvement.
- Student Involvement—we have very high expectations of your child; preparing your child’s educational and character foundation involves hard work at school and at home. There are no shortcuts.
- Teacher Involvement—our teachers not only care about what your child is learning; but are truly concerned about the character development of your child.
At Our Mother of Mercy, our young minds are achieving great things in the Spirit of the Lord.
God Bless,
Dr. Carolyn Yusuf
Principal
